I've never seen a "Bickey Bantle" before. But it could have been rushed.

If I could see a hi res scan instead of a computer rainbow fuzz pic, I'd say it might be a good Bickey Bantle?

I agree. That looks like the rubber stamp thru the mail from the 70’s.
