I recently purchased a 60s FB card that had scratch off feature
 

on the reverse with the image showing lightly but no evidence of ever having been scratched/rubbed. Do the images appear over time or were the apparent out of the packs? How do graders view such cards? Do they give them number grades or altered?

If the rest of the card is nice probably a “6”
