Olympic athlete waving flag question

I happened upon an estate sale this weekend in Saint Paul Minnesota. The deceased was apparently a judge in the Olympics and his son attempted to become a figure skater. There was all kinds of Olympic memorabilia including a winter parade coat. I picked up some really cool flags that I believed were carried by Olympic athletes in the opening and/or closing ceremonies. They are super high-quality…hortie van, pasadena, ca is the maker. Theyre 17” x 11.5”.

I have india, australlia, norway and spain.

I really can’t find any information anywhere on the Internet about this type of flag and what they might be worth?

Any ideas?

Based on the labels having a postal zone code, the Olympics that makes the most sense would be squaw valley in 1960.

But India didn't participate.

None of the pics and videos I can find from those games show flags that size. Not even among the spectators.

There is a museum there, they might be able to help.

The next would be Innsbruck in 64, India did compete, but I don't see their Olympic committee buying flags from an American company. Plus the zone codes were replaced by zip codes in 63.

Was it skating he judged? Maybe look at world championships or other internatonal meets.
