Anyone recognize this Autograph?

Anyone recognize this St.Louis Cardinals auto? After doing a little searching this popcorn/bullhorn container may have been from the 1960’s but that may be wrong. Was in my great uncles things. Signed in pencil looks like Joe but I can’t make out the last name.

Looks like maybe Joey Jay but he never played for the Cardinals. Could have been on a visiting team however.
