Very nice pickups so far... Mine will come in later this week, but I won't get the chance to post them then, so here goes:
Pre-War from Bagger's Auction: http://i1204.photobucket.com/albums/...oe-medwick.jpg Post-War: I received these from the winner of the Leland's Sal LaRocca collection: http://i1204.photobucket.com/albums/...No_Sleeves.png (PSA Pop 6) http://i1204.photobucket.com/albums/...on-Sliding.png http://i1204.photobucket.com/albums/...ove_in_Air.png (PSA Pop 5) I now have 5 of the 13 Bond Bread Jackie Robinson's... ironically, I still don't have the most common of the 13 (fasc. signature). |
Double post.

Lovely Day... |
Noticed a new card shop opened in a small town today. Stopped and the guy had 90% new stuff, some 50-70's and just three tobacco cards. A trimmed American Caramel, a beater T206, and this one:

Won a few d322's, a t215, a t213, but more importantly got this e104 plank. Funny story: I wanted this card really badly, than got it, and than stressed myself out trying to sell it to go after the Goodwin Plank in much nicer condition. Moral of the story - if you won something you really love, don't get greedy just enjoy it.

Thanks, Patrick! If it weren't for that one top corner "touch", I think it would be a 7 for sure.

National pickups and a grading...
2 Attachment(s)
Guys.........I picked up 3 of these lower grade E95's at the National for my set (the Reulbach is from a board member)..... the E100 Weaver is actually a pickup from just before last Christmas that I never posted, as I was waiting to get it graded at the National. I was hoping for the 4 and was obviously very pleased.
