Paypal issues??

I am having a heckuva time trying to pay for some eBay wins. I cannot log in through eBay. I can log in directly.

Anyone else having trouble?

I used PayPal tonight ( not thru eBay) to pay for a purchase here- and had no problems paying FF

Fine

Just used it. No issues here.

I use PP daily, both FF and for services and goods. No problems recently (knock on wood).

I did a FF earlier this morning with no problems.

you may need to delete your cookies or just a hard restart.

I've used paypal in the past. If someone could educate me on the friends and family, Good and Services aspect for the seller and the buyer I'd greatly appreciate it :-). Please forgive my ignorance on the matter , I've always just done friends and family.

Thank You

I had problems yesterday paying for an auction that I won while using my desktop computer, so I grabbed my I-pad and was able to pay in the normal fashion.

When trying to pay with my desktop, a different screen came up that I've never seen before and no matter what I did, it wouldn't allow me to proceed and pay.

From their website...

When you send money online to friends or family in the US from your bank account or balance, it's free for you and the recipient. When you buy a service or product, we charge the seller our normal low rate of 2.9% + $.30.

If you pay for a good or service you aren't supposed to use FF, according to PayPal policy.

That being said there are generally no protections from paypal when money is sent via Friends and Family. They don't have liability in that sense and don't charge for that service.

.

Thanks Leon :-) that makes sense to me. I couldn't understand by people ask more for good and services, now I know.
