Provide scans of the cards you are offering to people<br />3. Send the card in advance of payment<br /><br />Since you are unwilling or unable to do any of these three things, I feel it's best to go ahead and put the kabosh on this situation now. No one in their right mind is going to send money to Portugal to someone they've never met. I've locked your account for the time being.
