1949 NY Yankees Pennant Clinching tickets/scorecard/photos/etc
Posted By: <b>Keith</b><p>I just picked up the following Yankees ephemera in a large scrapbook and am offering it for sale. Included are 2 pages of the scrapbook album. On the 1st page are 4 tickets stubs to the October 2, 1949 game between the Yankees and Red Sox (the final game of the season) in which the Yankees clinched the pennant and went to the world series. Also there is a newspaper clipping discussing the game, and discussing the upcoming Yankees-Dodgers world series.
