Rotman Plastic Sheet Question

Hello all,

I just bought some Rotman plastic sheets (#PS1900) meant for Goudey's and Playballs on ebay. I was intending to put a 1934 Goudey set in them. The seller says they are 20-25 years old and have never been used. They appear to be brand new.

I was wondering if anyone else uses these and if they are PVC/Acid free. The seller wasn't able to confirm yes or no and I haven't been able to find anything about them online. As much as I want to put these cards in a binder, I would hate to ruin them...obviously.

Any help, guidance or information would be appreciated!

Thanks
-Dave

I remember that these sheets were touted as PVC free back in the late 1980s or so when the big PVC scare was rampant. Rotman used to have full-page ads in the pages of SCD, but that was back in 1989-90. Don't know if they are even in business anymore.
