My question is, if Will knowingly sold trimmed cards and some of his customers caught on and asked for a refund and Will gave them a refund, what happened to the trimmed cards? Did the customers get to keep the cards or were they returned to Will and, if so, what did HE do with them? Did he just keep them or did he resell them again?

Seems like he was testing the waters to see how soiled his name is online, for whatever reason.
Not alot of self awareness either Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk |
I think it was mentioned somewhere that he is at a large card show this weekend so the delays in response could be due to that.
Not making excuses for the guy because the questions being asked should be answered. I'm just saying he should be given a little time to respond. I get it, he opened this can of worms. Me, I'll be a little more patient before forming opinions why the questions are not answered. |

I must say the terrorism did throw me for a loop. That was the line I didn't see coming. Angry explosion, yes. Terrorism, no! |

I didn't see a post where he indicated he was going to stop posting. I guess it must be in another thread I haven't read (completely).
Just curious, if he did admit to all of the misgivings, would anybody here trust him? If I read an admission of guilt, I'd say: "good for you - you're probably still an asshole and I wouldn't trust you as far as Ben, Pete, Stan, Greg or some other poster in this thread could throw you because I wouldn't want to soil my hands trying...." But that's just me... :p |
Oh, forgot to indicate in the previous post... dang-it, this could have been one of those interesting train wreck threads. Can this guy even come close to redeeming himself?

The garbage a scandalous member wants everyone to swallow as he dodges legitimate questions about his integrity and starts playing the victim in a thread he started in a silly attempt at damage control. |

I get some of the sentiment, the SCR article is personally and needlessly nasty. But every time someone comes on to publicly defend their honor - they proceed to do the things that do NOT help their goal. Every one of these people has the same personality. |

More seriously for just a moment - I still wouldn't trust the person, but I would have some respect for them for admitting it. It's hard for people to admit their faults in general, and to publicly have to say "forgive me for I have sinned", with links to ones criminal record and nasty clickbait articles on the screen, that's rough. I would never do business with them, but I think that if someone in Jaimet's shoes said "I'm really unhappy about the personal insults from SCR, but I did do X and Y and Z and it was very wrong of me" would earn some genuine respect. Those who admit what they have done and acknowledge it is wrong, are better than those who don't admit or insist it wasn't wrong (or blame their acts on PSA's ineptitude). |

You're right, if someone can admit past transgressions like this and own them, then there is room for a little bit of respect. But, I still wouldn't trust him as far as you can throw him. :p I wonder what the expectation was when the original post was made. |
Is this step 1 of 12 seeking redemption?

If this goon altered cards and sold them to people can we truly believe that he actually had the ability to notify every single victim he sold the altered cards to? I find that very hard to believe. Even if he took out ads during the Super Bowl he had to be moving altered cards via auction houses as well as PWCC so how would anyone know if they had one of his pieces of shit?
He came on here and made a vague post with no details whatsoever and making some feel good statement that he knows came up way short buying back every altered card he created or sold directly or indirectly. If he really want to come clean he would have hung around for lots more questions and answered them. An how generous..."Hey Mr. Smith I sold you an altered 48 Leaf Robinson PSA 6 in 2018 for $11K. I want to buy it back from you. Here is 11K." Anyone who alters cards and claims they stopped and want to make good and does that only after being caught does not seem like a guy who has had a change of heart and want a new start. So I question where those cards went after he bought them back. Maybe Will should just publish on a website all of the results of his submissions with the various TPG and have those in possession of cards he submitted return them to the FBI. If Will wants to send me a PM I would be happy to discuss details with him to his face anyplace he wants. |

Since he's no longer playing with us, it's only fair to close the thread.
