Set up an escrow of the funds with a real escrow agent and properly drawn escrow instructions, let an expert view the item, and close the deal if the item checks out.<BR><BR>Why does this sort of thing come up over and over again? It is really true that no one has ever gone broke underestimating the intelligence of the American consumer?
