Two questions Billy/Fred Payne and rarity of Double Named T206's

I've just notice that I've seen both:
a t206 Fred Payne
a t206 Billy Payne

Is that just PSA being idiotic and labeling one of those cards incorrectly because as far as I know his name is in fact Fred not Billy.

Also was wondering how rare a double name card is. I don't have one but could have the opportunity to get one at a real good price.

A mistake on the holder, not too uncommon. Double names add some value but usually not a lot. The more miss printed the more valuable.

Would $30 for a graded Double Name card be a good price ? The player wasn't anyone too good.

The amount of each name and the grade would be the only way to determine that. There is a board member who pays up to $150 for needed commons of name on tops that show a decent amount (I think he requests 75% at minimum).

I prefer full name (nothing cut off) on the name on top and a sliver or missing name on bottom is fine.

Slivers on top don't bring much of a premium, unless it is a different name than that of the picture displayed.

It's about maybe a little more than a quarter of the name at the top and the condition is a 1.5.
