A time when cards were trustingly sent thru the mail for inspection. Truly the good ol' days.

According to USPS tracking info, they’re currently stuck in Greensboro, NC.

Very interesting....Charles Bray lived only 15 minutes away from this guy in Allentown, PA.
They should have met up and made this deal.

Anyway, I still have some old letters (circa 1980's) from Frank Nagy somewhere in my archives. When I find them, I will post them.

fascinating

"best wishes for a happy year of collecting" nice. I think I've seen Leon write "happy collecting" and I've taken to writing that when I remember.

Send me the cards and I'll return them if I don't buy them.

Wow, times have changed is the understatement of 2021

I wonder how many scammers and bad actors were around back then, who would just keep the cards, or return "other cards" ?

A little newer but related.

1960's first few "card" issues by Frank Nagy, used as business cards as well, the first of several years that he issued them.
