Oh, goody, it's eBay Bucks day (golf clap).
You're building up your eBay Bucks account dollar by dollar by dollar for three straight months, and what finally happens? You have what you believe to be a beautiful largesse sitting there, waiting to be used. Woo hoo!!! But then you check your 'watch list' and find that every single frickin' card that you're interested in is priced so ridiculously far into the ionosphere during this 'bubble' (as if each seller is now channeling Dean's Cards) that using your eBay bucks is like attempting to give a Wookiee a haircut by removing a single hair. (Since using foul language is frowned upon here, just replace these symbols with whatever curse word you're fond of) &@#&$%#@*+&^%@%#&!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Haha...no doubt. I have a pretty big chunk right now...was hoping for my 58 Mantle...NOPE! I did get a 55 Snider and a 57 Drysdale...have a couple hundred left...back to shopping...:)

Yikes, if you have a couple hundred left after spending some, you been spending some coin last quarter. The lower percentage and fewer promotions makes me feel sick when I try to figure out how much I spent to earn them. Always nice to get free stuff, but a reminder of how much I spent to get there is not appreciated. Thankfully my bucks comes to less than $100 this quarter and if I recall, the program is getting retired for something even less rewarding for the future.

Bummer the program is changing...I've been fortunate enough to really get some nice cards through the years with Ebay Bucks...we shall see what the new opportunities bring us... |
At least you guys get bucks at all. They shut the door to new members before I started buying.
