I would find it hard to believe that he doesn't know ANYTHING about the Lajoie. But then again, he did just win this card a few weeks ago and is already set to make a profit, though a small one.<br><br>Change your socks, drink water, and drive on.

"Not that it's any of your business, but I just bought a trolling motor and my wife is making me sell some of the cards I bought." The high bidder (parkquin) has recently paid almost $3,000 dollars for a complete 1950 Bowman baseball set, $2,200 for 61 Diamond Stars and $8,200 for a partial set of Goudeys. So, it is not like the buyer doesn't know anything about cards.<br /><br />There is now a T206 Plank with a partial yellow back from this same (fake, reprint) set that has just been listed. I wonder how high it will go???<br /><br /><br />David

On his other auction for about 5 Mantle cards, there was a high bidder, brand new to ebay yesterday, with the screen name "edavis0914". With about two minutes left, this high bidder has his bid cancelled. Hey, why win your own item right? Then, literally 1 second after the cancellation, someone else bid. He would have gotten more money for it. Looking at some of his past auctions, he seems to have a couple of playstation 2's to sell.
