1979 Gretzky BVG 9 Sheet Cut Question

From what I have read sheet cut cards would never have the OPC rough edges. I have seen some BVG graded cards on major auction sites marketed as "sheet cut" and they all have smooth edges.
This card looks pretty legit as a pack card
Thoughts ?

The left and bottom edges would give me pause.

One would assume if some sides/edges are rough cut then all sides should be the same?

Have you done any comparing with more Gretzky RC's or other cards from the 79 OPC set to see if any others look like this too?
