Help with a lazzeri minor league photo

Grabbed this at alocal flea market this weekend... gentleman said it came from a wingdale ny estate. I pulled it out of the frame to see if it had any markings (just a pencil description with no back stamps). Photo is large 11x14ish. Has that "silvery" tone to it and has a very papery back... it definitely seems period... any ideas on value? I am open to offers as this one doesnt fit in my collection.

It is a relatively well known image of Lazzeri @ Salt Lake City, circa 1925. The image was shot by Charles Conlon.

I’ve no idea if it is original to the period which would obviously be key to determining value (and if printed from original negative).

Where have you seen the image credited to Charles Conlon?
