I’ll kick it off with a 1981 Topps Scratchoff National League Proof Sheet (no black scratchoff substance) I just obtained.

Joe,

I collect sheets also. I have a number of sheets from late 60's throughout the 70's. Unfortunately I don't have high res pics of them, so not sure how helpful this will be....1971 Topps sheet depicted.

We do not have a similar thread in the pre-80's forum so will post here.

Topps 1984 Head Within The Box or Encased sheet, full set. Prototype sheet/cards with insert heads fully in the box as opposed to issued cards where heads extended above box.

Oddities on the sheet and in the set involve a Carlton insert in the Gary Mathews card, and a Mathews insert on the Carlton card....and Manny Trillio in an Indians uniform as opposed to his issued Giants uniform

Thanks Joe will keep that in mind. Here is a 1977 Hostess Twinkies sheet. Keep in mind at this time they were still experimenting with various production issues. The pictures should look similar to the Topps regular issue cards, but weren't the same negatives used to product the plates.

On a side note - there is a rare small batch of different color backs for various years floating around. I have never seen a different color than black - other than a 1975 Twinkies brown back. The 1975 Hostess Twinkies "brown" backs are quite rare. I am still not sure if they exist for all players in the Hostess set. If anyone knows please chime in
