Need some guidance for a SGC submission.
 

I entered my cards, selected shipping, and paid for 22 cards to be graded plus $35 fedex ground shipping.

I get an invoice which has only SGC's street address, no fedex account number and no contact phone number.

The fedex clerk can make no sense of it.

I thought I understood that SGC would be paying the shipping TO them, as they label my shipping payment, return shipping.

You have to pay out of pocket to ship to them, the return which you select(USPS, Fed/Ex, etc $35 in this case) is figured in your submission price total.

Well, that seems simple enough.
