2021 Topps Chrome Update?

I have looked at upcoming releases and I do not see 2021 Topps Chrome Update. Does anybody know if it will be released?

Also, what about 2021 Topps On Demand Mini? What about Factory Team Sets in the blister packs?

I know that the 2021 Topps Stickers were planned to be released, but then it got cancelled for some reason.

I always get all of these for my Cardinals team set collection. Any info would be appreciated.

Topps Chrome Update is now a Target Exclusive, since it is stocked exclusively by Excel, Topps doesn’t release any information until after it’s been released. Excel and Target don’t provide release dates so it’s literally a “wait until people see them on store shelves” thing. The other two I really don’t know enough about.

Does Target still sell baseball cards? I’m genuinely curious. Last time I heard, they had stopped.

They had stocked up for black friday. I also saw them at my local barnes and noble behind the counter.

I was looking at Target the other day couldn't find any.. but a paper sign informed me that there were limits on the number of sports cards and Pokemon I could buy.. might be behind the service counter. Walmart has moved most of the sports cards behind the service counter (along with the Pokemon).

They stopped in store for awhile I believe but continued online sales. They are back to in store as well now

Good to know, thanks. I live a stone's throw from my local Target. Guess I'll find a reason to wander back in there.

I've kind of missed opening packs. Although, my wallet has been happy about the break (no pun intended) I've taken from blaster boxes over the past year or so.

As of yesterday, my local Target had tons of Topps Update hangar packs, Topps Allen and Ginter blasters, Topps Archives blasters, complete Topps sets, Chronicles Mega and Blaster basketball, Prizm baseball...so there was lots to choose from.

Went to mine last night for other stuff, no sports cards other than a handful of 2016 Topps team sets.

That's interesting. Locally we experienced the same thing that happened across the country- flippers buying everything in sight. More recently, the flippers seem to have realized that most every product is being way overproduced, and they can't make any money. So things are going to the shelves and sitting, at least for a reasonable time. Walmarts here in Oklahoma have shelves full of product across most sports. There are a very few football and basketball products, plus Bowman Chrome, that the flippers are scooping up. Other than that, they are largely leaving things alone. That has made it much easier for people like me, who still like to hand assemble sets, to get to buy a few packs or a couple of blasters. Where are you located? I'm in Tulsa.

I'm In Lowell, Ma a bit North of Boston.

Our local one here in Lowell was once pretty good for cards, but they were getting worse even before the pandemic. I'd often see guys searching packs.
But we did get a nice assortment of blasters, and typically at the end of availability the insert ratios were much better than advertised. I suspect if something didn't sell well from Topps they'd put whatever was left into the last batches of outgoing retail packs. Plus we'd get products with lower runs that some other stores didn't get, like soccer cards.

I have a friend that works for target, and he says Our local one has a rep as the worst in the area overall.

Our Wal-Mart is stocked with Topps Update, Archives, etc. A mile away the Target is empty.
