Need help with basketball auto and foil numbered sticker.
 

This mini basketball was in an estate I purchased. I have two questions about it. First, who signed it. Second, there's a foil numbered sticker on it with no identification. Does anyone recognize the company that issued it? Thanks.

That's Upper Deck Authenticated. However, no idea who the autograph is.

ETA: Now that I think about it, I think it's Penny Hardaway.

if you enter sticker number into Upper deck's database it will tell you what item it was originally issued with. Hope that helps.
