quinnsryche 06-28-2016 05:26 PM

WTF is up with that? I've never seen a listing like that before. Just plain weird.

xplainer 06-28-2016 05:28 PM

Nor do I.
I normally can pop off a one-liner (funny to me), but with this...I can't even do that.

Stonepony 06-28-2016 05:49 PM

Hi, I'm Al Franken

Wihawk 06-28-2016 06:04 PM

Are you all seriously considering NOT getting the card of this guy? :)

Rookiemonster 06-28-2016 06:17 PM

That's my boy Stan ! We go way back I gave him that awesome star bracelet.
He's a 10th degree black belt.
He has counted to infinity twice.
He doesn't do push ups , he just pushes the earth down.
Stan has already been to Mars . That's why there aren't any signs of life .
Stan can cut through a hot knife with butter .

xplainer 06-28-2016 06:43 PM

Haha!
Just l looked at Stan's other items on eBay.
All the same picture.

Jordan ... no, you go look too.

Shoeless Moe 06-28-2016 07:30 PM

He's going to lose that smile on his face when none of his items sell. I hope he then takes a new selfie for the relists.

Leon 06-29-2016 07:55 AM

It's like he is saying, "Hi everyone, I am a maroon."

.

HexsHeroes 06-29-2016 10:26 AM

I am a pig . . .

.

. . . so I would have much appreciated an image of a pretty girl in skimpy outfit or bathing suit instead of the smiling gent.

In a warped kind of way, makes me think of the movie Ground Hog Day, with Bill Murray, where the town does a bachelor auction, and the news camera man proudly goes up on stage expecting one of the pretty attendees to bid on him. Instead, it is the old spinster with the winning "2 bits" bid.

So how much for the smiling gent in the ebay auction ? $25 is a tad steep.

Maybe you could with just a little bit more "back round":)

Shoeless Moe 06-29-2016 11:27 AM

he's not doing much for my view of the brainpower in the city of Gresham, Oregon.

Any Gresham board members want to help this guy out?

slidekellyslide 06-29-2016 10:21 PM

Computer illiterate. I believe this is a real person living in Gresham, Oregon that has no clue at all how to work a computer.

Here's his facebook page.

https://www.facebook.com/stanley.brzycki.3

And check out this listing and read the description. He somehow thinks he's going to be able to charge three times what this auction ends for.

Sure he can.... 3 x $0.00 = $0.00

I asked him for pics two days ago and haven't heard a peep back.

I asked him, via EBay messaging, why he chose a photo of himself rather than one of the items. His repy today:

"The reason that I put my picture in the ad is because to post you need a photo, I miss-placed the cable to down load pictures from my cell phone to my computer"

I think it was late at night, he was listing eBay auctions and posting in the Craigslist personal ads, and he's not good at multi-tasking.

Yep, he said the same thing to me tonight, but he also said if I want to see pics I can text him my phone number.

Shoeless Moe 07-02-2016 05:45 AM

Can someone ask him what his day job is?

I'm taken. :D

I tried to explain to him how he can get his photos from his phone online without a cord and then add them to his auctions. He's not computer literate at all. I told him to ask a local friend to help him out.

Dan - Send him a photo of yourself just to show him how it can be done without a cord.
