Strange 1969 Topps overprint errors

Have anyone seen anything like this before? Got these in a 1969 Topps lot. It appears to be an overprint of the 1969 Topps sticker, but it doesn't appear just to be a sticker on a card...

Those have to be the 69 decal pack inserts, a kid probably did it 50 years ago.

I have seen some of these before. It would be kind of neat to match a player's decal with his actual card as a extra for a set.

All it is is some kid rubbed the decals onto the card. I did that myself back then a number of times!
