Nominations/Volunteers??? Official Image Sesizer Dude

Posted By: BlackSoxFan
Since many people comment, and understandably so, that threads get hard to read, i say we nominate a few people (or get a couple of volunteers) to be offical resizer dude of the board .... basically, if you have an image that you want to post, you can email it to one of these people who will resize it to a more friendly size and then email it back to you ASAP. I would be happy to be one of the people...thoughts?

Regards,

Black Sox Fan

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

email me

Posted By: leon
I am technically illiterate for all practical purposes. Brian does a lot of stuff already. If one of ya'll want to write something up we can post it in the FAQ section. Personally my $40 little flatbed scanner s/w has about 5 size settings...50%, 75%, 100%, 150% or 200%....that pretty much tells what size it will be, relative to whatever I am scanning. I am sure Photoshop or other packages have different, more complex, ways to do it but if there are generic suggestions/instructions please send them to Brian or I and we'll get them posted. I agree that too many times folk's scans are too large....regards
