T206 150 Series 350 Series 460 Series release and run dates
 

I am trying to get a better grasp on the T206 set. This may have been covered in bits and pieces in different threads but can anyone tell me the time line for the release and run time of these series? And for these dates please indicate the certainty level of the dates presented. Thanks!!
