Shoeless Joe Cleveland Envelope

I saw this on Ebay and just watched, the seller, who sells some great items, says "unmistakeable image of Shoeless Joe at the right".

Really?

I'm not sold, but I'll let other weigh in

Man, that doesn't really look like him, wonder if they had the right player.

But my apologies to Jonstats for questioning.

It looks awfully close to the T5 Pinkerton image also, maybe a few picture frames ahead or behind. Sorry I don't have the T5 image to post.

Jackson

I've seen the same image of Jackson in an old magazine. I definitely think it is Jackson and the envelope on ebay seems like a great piece. jonstats is a recommended seller, too.

Jonstats is one of my favorite sellers on ebay.

In case any of you care,
Doug

Jonsstats is an excellent seller; done many deals w/him and always happy w/the results.

I did just a quick look at the envelope and it looked like Joe Jackson to me.

IMO it is Jackson. It was in another auction about 2-3 months ago. Maybe Mears.
