Sorry.

Born and raised here and while I can take you around and show you where there USED to be card shops unfortunately I cannot think of one that is still around.

What do you collect maybe I have some vintage baseball for you to look at while on vaca?

have a fun trip.

Alex's MVP shop on the upper E. Side is the only one I know of.
He usually has T-206s, Goudeys, Cracker Jacks, etc. I haven't seen
any 19th-century stuff, though.
It's on 89th & 2nd. (212) 831-2273.

The shop on 89th is not what i would describe as "vintage". Mostly comics and modern wax, with small selection of vintage in 1 case on the left wall. I'm not saying not to go, but just wanted you to be aware that its very small and not vintage-focused at all.

Not all the vintage is displayed in that one case at Alex's. There's stuff behind the counter so, if you do go, ask what else they have right now.

I live in Brooklyn and used to work downtown by the Seaport. I was walking around near Wall Street one day and found a card shop. Mostly modern stuff but they did have some T206's and 33 Goudeys as well as 50's and 60's. As I recall prices were not too bad either. This was about 2.5 years ago.

I think this was the shop but I'm not positive...

Oh yeah, Chameleon is definitely worth a trip, for later stuff.
