How old? Is it valuable?

I started off thinking it was nothing special, but looking at it closer, the frame and stand would indicate it has some age on it. The stand would indicate it might be an advertising piece.

Found a couple of auctions...but they were from some time ago.

Late 1940's worth about 50 to 100
