can somebody help by telling me what this card is?
 
No clue what it is. got it in a group of stuff from a friend. It's kind of a neat looking card. Any info you might give would be appreciated.

Yes, it is a 1950 Menko JCM-21 Shigeru Tokuami Spades that has been graded a Gem Mint 9.5 by GAI :D

The JCM-21 is the number used for this set in the Japanese Baseball Card Catalog.
