1926-30 Oakland Oaks Team Photo

Can you guys take a look at the below Oakland Oaks photo and please let me know if a specific season can be determined based on the uniform style? I know that it has to be between 1926 - 1930 based on the inclusion of Ernie Lombardi. The seller has indicated that it is from 1927.
