WTB autographs of t206 era players

Hi,

I remember talking with someone on the board who had a lot of pre-war autographs, 3x5's etc. I can't remember who. If anyone has some of these, I might be interested in buying some, depending on the player.

Thanks.

Cy

Hi Cy,
Contact Rhys Yeakley who is a net54 member. He has lots of prewar autographs. His website is prewarsports.com and his e-mail is:
themodo@hotmail.com.

Jodi Birckholm is another great contact for older signatures. He is here on net54 and his e-mail is:
jodicrbirkholm@yahoo.com

Both of these guys are top notch to deal with and they can help you a lot with what you are looking for.

Good luck!

Other sources for T206 era ballplayers autographs

.

. . . include Net54's own Richard Simon too. Check out his web site at http://www.richardsimonsports.com

Other dealers worth checking include Bill Corcoran, Ron Gordon, Jack Heir, Rich Albersheim, Jack Smalling, Jim Stinson, and Quality Autographs of Virginia (Kevin Keating).

I do not believe either Bill Corcoran or Ron Gordon have web sites, but you should be able to google a current mail address for both, and ask for a current listing of items available (Corcoran also has a regular mailing listing too). Jim Stinson has a web site, but his on-line listing and sales tends to be via eBay listings. Not sure if Jack Smalling has much from that era available anymore on his web site listing. And QAM extensive listing, and pricing, are sure to catch your attention (if not your wallet).

Good Luck hunting.
