Pretty cool, but possibly old news....
My son just sent me a text from the South Carolina - Citadel baseball game. Joe Jackson plays for The Citadel.
His great great great grandfather was Joe's brother.

Cool!

On a related note, just read in the current SI that Furman Bisher just died recently. He was the only person that Joe Jackson ever granted an interview to, regarding the Black Sox scandal.
