OT: Baseball Glove Chairs Did a brief search and didn't find much. Today's post on the January pickups got me to post this. I'm in the market for a baseball glove chair. Nothing too much. Looks over quality. If you have some to show off or recommendations - please post. |

Just did a quick search and found this http://stores.closeoutfitters.net/-s...991/Detail.bok Not sure if it is what you want, but very similar to the one posted in the pickup thread. |

Saw one at Mor furniature the other day with a baseball for the ottoman here in Palm Springs California. The cost was 199.99. You can see it at www.morfurniature.com |

Thanks for the links guys. I just want to get something that is tested and recommended. Looks more than comfort - but comfort isn't bad. Price too.... |

I saw a couple of these sell at Leland Auction... Here is a link to one of them. http://www.lelands.com/Auction/Aucti...ll-Glove-Chair These are the ones that I have. |

OK - so why do both links show the same glove - BUT a difference in price of about $4000? They look exactly the same. |

Here's my thought. I know that the only difference you can really see between the chairs is the actual seat itself. If you look at the one for 250 it looks like a foam pad. The one in the auction is formed and has embroidered stitching on it. Maybe the leather is different I don't know. Mine has really nice leather like you'd find in a nice car. Either way they are great chairs. Who knows maybe a couple people really wanted them and bid them really high. I know another Leland's I saw one went for something like $6k. Some people have more cents than brains. |
