t206 Wagner at the NYC library
Not sure if anyone has posted about this yet, but the New York City library has its t260 Wagner on display this month. Went to look at it today. It is in a very unassuming display, and looks to be glued into a scrap book with several other t206 cards. Anyway, if you are in the area and interest, it might be worth checking out.

In about 1977 My Dad and I made an appointment to view the Burdick collection at the Metropolitan Mueseum of Art. The catalog of the collection was a small version of the Burdick's ACC so it was easy to fill out the request forms. The Wagner I remember being on a stamp hinge so that you could view the back ( lucky for them they had a staff of professionals to remove the hinge when the value skyrocketed) the docent stood behind us when we looked at that album and took it away as soon as we finished. We spent about four hours there and looked at about 3 cartloads of albums before we left. I think it is wonderful that the Met the NY library, Library of Congress and the Hall of fame have collections that any fan with the willingness and the time can spend a day exploring. I for one will make a point to stop by the NYPL this month..Thanks for the post

I did some research on the Goulston collection at the NYPL about 5 years ago. I wrote about it on my website, in the articles section. And I posted about it here:
