If not mistaken, the ball was manufactured during Frick's second term, thus it was after Ruth died.

I have compared this autograph in hand to Ruth exemplars (autographfacts) and I believe it to be authentic. "1940-1946 Ford Frick Spalding Official National League Baseball" Can I please get some more opinions on the autograph?
