1969-70 Converse basketball cards?
 

Does anyone know how these cards were distributed? There is one on E-bay now. Item number: 360 871 211 262
Any help would be appreciated!! Beckett guide says there are 10 cards in the set.

That one looks like it was probably a cutout from the sneaker box.
