Paying 80% BV for NM 1972 Topps BB

I need the following 1972 Topps Baseball in NM condition - sharp corners with great centering. Below is a scan of the quality I am looking for. I am paying 80% BV.
Here's how it will work. You mail me the cards for pre-inspection. If they meet my specification, I'll pay you via PayPal (PP F & F if desired) or however you want to be paid. I will not try to re-negotiate the price once I have them in hand, the price is 80% BV if they are in the condition I'm requesting. If they don't meet my approval, I'll mail them back to you. Doing it this way keeps me from getting stuck with cards that don't meet my requirements.
