WTB: Paying $200 for a common 1971 Topps FB PSA 8 Anderson

I am looking for a 1971 Topps FB PSA 8 card number 162 (Anderson) to complete my set. I am willing to pay $200 for this card. In addition, I am looking to upgrade the following cards of the 1971 set to PSA 8s or better.
