Help identifying Tommy Henrich pic/card/issue

Can anyone help in identifying this "Tom" Henrich pic I picked up recently? It is 9 x 6.5 inches and on paper stock, similar to the Butterfingers, but slightly sturdier. The back is blank with the same tan-ish color as the border. It does not seem to have been detached from a book (I inspected it with a magnifying glass), but I'm not 100% certain. I couldn't find any matches on ebay nor anything that might match in the Vintage SCD, so not sure if it was a 'card' issue or something else.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Its from the 1949 All Star Photos set.
This is one of the few sets that Beckett Catalogs and SCD doesn't.
2014 Beckett Almanac page47.

I have the Musial, Marion, and Slaughter from this set, same size and format.
