Fantasy Baseball for cards?

Does anyone know of any Fantasy Baseball Leagues where instead of fees, you pay with a vintage card (say $25 or $50 value - to be confirmed by the owners)? No cash outlay but still something to play for. Nothing fancy - not a keeper league - just draft and play one season, and if successful, repeat.
