Question on unopened Drum Tobacco Pouch

There has been an unopened Drum Tobacco pouch on Ebay listed for a while and I know there are people on here that are in the know on these types of items. Would this be an actual pouch that a T206 could be in? I listed the item below. I would be very interested to hear from someone who knows about these.

Baseball cards only came in the slide shell packs of Drum. The seller was careful in his description and worded it correctly, making no claim of an actual card coming in the pouch.

The best bet for collectors is to buy/price tobacco packs as display pieces to go along with their cards and not packs that will contain a valuable card. If you price it as a cardless display piece, or if the pack is already empty, you won't be disappointed-- and the packs do make nice display items. They're interesting collectible items in and of themselves.
