Any idea guys on the appx age of ball? Does have BASE BALL in two words, but don't know much bout it. Any help appreciated. Thanks:)

The ball's marked "leather" which I think indicates it's cowhide rather than horsehide, so I don't think it's very old. As horsehide became less available, ball manufacturers had to switch to cowhide. The Major Leagues made the switch in 1974.
