What the Secret Santa brought us...
 

I celebrated the holiday European style, meaning that a good chunk of the gifts amongst my peoples were exchanged tonight. I therefore decided that the Secret Santa gift fell under this European umbrella, even if baseball is a little off the radar on that continent.

The card I received was a 1941 Play Ball Sam Chapman with an upside down and wrong back (#29 Jack Wilson). Always a cool and fun type of card. Thanks Santy!

I got the wonderful cards pictured and a valuable lesson. A big thank you to my secret Santa for such nice cards. This was my first time doing this so the great lesson was my Secret Santa went that extra step and included a very nice X-Mas card and a box of mints. I never even considered such a thing but will be joining in again next year and will go the extra step myself next year. I greatly appreciated it.:D

Posted in another thread, but wowzers. What a great haul. Couldn't be happier...needed everything I got for my collection...actually have looked for a similar Wynn but never really found one. Positively thrilled.

Huge thank you to secret Santa for the SGC 70 graded W572 Powell. Easily the nicest card in my W572 set. Looked so good that may have to send the whole set off for their bulk grading special. Merry Christmas Santa
