Help with a promoter
 

I sent an item in to a promoter in the west coast for a private signing that took place three weeks ago. Since then the item has not been returned and multiple emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. Am I out of luck or do I have any recourse?

There was an earlier situation like yours posted recently (lack of communication, etc) and he ended up getting his item-- so you may be fine. Maybe it was the same promoter.

No excuse for lack of communication, but I would think all the logistics and packaging and mailing of items would take time.
