FS: 1912 Honus Wagner personally owned studio portrait! Museum piece

This piece could be in the Hall of Fame with no questions asked! Have you seen what normal Type 1 Honus Wagner and Babe Ruth photos have gone for lately?? SCARY high!, and they are not even 1 of 1!!.... This estate photo is a true piece of baseball history (One of one!!), museum quality, an original family photo owned by the Wagners in their family home for decades!!!.... This portrait hung in Wagner's den, and was one of his most favorite personally owned items according to his family.. 2 COA's (including one from his great grand-daughter), it doesn't get any better than this, let alone being one of the premier HOFers ever. This is not a typical photo of Wagner, but a personal studio photo commissioned by him!! NO others in existence, none.... This oversized photo has huge dimensions, approx. 12"x17", in the frame probably 15"x21", and it's in it's original frame! It is also signed and dated by the photographer at the bottom of Wagner's uniform. Photo is in fantastic condition especially being almost 110 years old, this one is absolutely incredible!!.....Offered at $20,000 or best fair offer (I would consider a cash/trade deal) please feel free to call with any questions, 229-269-1663.
