Looking to buy Bowman Chrome & Topps Chrome blue Refractors of MLB'ers and established top prospects. Interested mainly in non-auto prospect and RC cards, but might consider others. I'm not interested in paying a premium for graded, so either raw or graded on grades that sell for roughly equivalent to raw.
