 I subscribed to Newspaper.com.  Did a 6 mos subscription.  Can search through 1000s of old papers.  Did it for family stuff but have also spent a decent amount of time reading contemporaneous articles about Ruth and Gehrig. |

 I wonder if Ruth will come through in 1920 with wallops that will cause memories of his 1919 efforts to fade.  Sounds unlikely to me... /wouldn't have made money betting on sports in 1919 |
