William Perry Had Not Signed Contract with NFLPA - the card was pulled, very limited.

Pro Set stopped production after about 8,000 Perry cards were made.

I was curious myself about this. I saw he had a red bordered card in the set too. So guess they didn't want him having 2. Thanks for the info.
