Bill Dineen 1909-1937 Photo: unevenly trimmed to approximately 3-1/2 x 7”, the sepia-toned likeness shows Dineen in his capacity as an arbiter. (Prior to his umpiring career, Dineen was a pitcher and won three games in the first-ever World Series.) On the reverse, a “N.Y.
