Topps Vault Craig Biggio negative from '89 (Rookie Year)
 

I paid $51.60 delivered from the Topps Vault. Asking $60 delivered. I have all the original paperwork in the original shipping box. The paperwork says the photo was used on 3 of his cards, but I have researched those cards and this is not the photo that was used for those 3 cards. Maybe it was being considered for use? I don't know. Please let me know if you have any questions.
